last night i made something new called "raw pasta puttanesca." it sounds weird but it was good.

how to make:

use a vegetable peeler to shave 3 zucchini into "noodles" about 1/8 inch thick (i had to use a knife to make them thin enough). chop 2 tomatoes, 1 cup olives into a separate bowl. add 2 tbsp oil, 2 tbsp pine nuts, some basil, oregano, thyme (the recipe called for fresh herbs but i used dried and it was still tasty), crushed red peppers, salt, pepper. let mixture sit for 3-5 minutes, then combine with zucc. enjoy that healthy shit.
