sound advice

i think this article offers some good advice for people who are thinking about becoming vegetarian or vegan. it's really pretty basic i guess. and the more i think about it, the more upset i get when people say they "can't" give up meat or dairy. it's a choice. if you eat meat, it's because you Choose to, not because you HAVE to. and sure, maybe you'll try to be vegan and discover that you really miss cheese to the point where it is drastically affecting your life in a negative way. so eat some cheese once in a while. it doesn't have to be black and white for everyone. maybe you'll try to be vegan and you'll realize that you never even liked cheese and that you were just really confused. but to not even try- come on! that is what the pussies do!
